Paris Atelier is looking for a talented Senior Architect with experience in and private residential projects and luxury hospitality, to join our team. The ideal candidate is strong leader and has proven success in managing multiple design projects end-to-end. Passion and elevated taste level is a must!

DUTIES
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining project.
Establish clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to ensure alignment and transparency.
Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, budgets, and technology, to meet project goals within budgetary constraints.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
Implement quality assurance processes to monitor and maintain project quality standards, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Oversee project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule, and project milestones are achieved.
Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, and communicate these changes to stakeholders as necessary.
Address project-related issues and conflicts promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions that support project goals.
Lead construction project closure activities, including project review, documentation, and post-project evaluations

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
8+ years experience in the high-end single family house construction .
Bachelor’s degree Construction project management, construction management, business, or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
Strong leadership and team construction management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in construction project management tools and software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
